BK Johnsen’s Sunday Giveaway Rules

How to Enter:

All subscribers to BK Johnsen’s (BK) channel present or not for the livestream are automatically entered once into the giveaway.  An additional entry is available for all followers during the Sunday Giveaway livestream whom post a message(s) in BK chat before the beginning of the giveaway.

Rules & Restrictions (Important!):

• BK will contact the winner through discord or message their DLive channel. If you do not respond to BK and claim your prize within 15 days of being contacted, your winnings will go into a lemon prize pool that will be re-drawn at a later giveaway.

• BK cannot “hold” your lemons like a bank.

• DLive only allows BK to send lemons to DLivers that are livestreaming, or have a saved replay.  At your request, BK can convert lemons into BTT or TRX so you may receive your prize(s).  You must send a valid BTT or TRX wallet address to BK, and BK is neither responsible nor liable for any issues in you receiving your cryptocurrency.

• BK reserves the right to cancel any giveaway without any notice.  A list of every occurrence with date(s) and reason(s) will be listed here for information purposes. 

Prizes:

BK will spin the wheel 10 times and shuffle the order of entries on the wheel at various times of the giveaway.  

• An extra 5 spins and lemons will be added every 50 subscribers to the channel.

• Due to the prizes changing weekly, the prizes will be announced at the start of each giveaway. 
  

• The total ARV (approximate retail value) of the prizes varies.
  

• The odds of winning the prize(s) depends on the number of eligible entries received.
  

• The winner will be solely responsible for all, if any; federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes received.

Data Collection:

All data other than the DLive screen name that is collected from the winner(s) will be used for the sole purpose of communicating with the winner about the contest and delivering the prize to the winner.

NOTE: By entering these giveaways, you agree to release and hold harmless BK and bkjohnsen.com against all claims relating to liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.

Rights of Sponsor:

The Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any entry and prizes whatsoever made by entrants which it finds to be in violation of these Official Rules or which it finds in its sole discretion to be otherwise objectionable for any reason.

We will disclose any Personal Information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
